HMP - 164SW This version represents a higher version of the HMP 64 regulator, it is intended primarily for authorized customers with an hourly regulation mode. The external arrangement of the controller is the same as version 64, but it has a graphic display with the possibility of displaying more quantities. In the basic version, the controller has 4 inputs and 16 outputs, when 6 outputs are directly on the controller, other commands can be implemented via command modules PM 4 or PM 2. The number of outputs can be expanded up to 40.

The recording memory is also extended - up to 200 days, and the courses of the quarter-hour register are also stored. The number of inputs can also be expanded, similarly to the HMP 64, by connecting VE 8 input modules. All additional modules from the HMP 64 system can be used. The PC software is similar to version 64, but is adapted to the requirements of the authorized customer. The layout and external dimensions are the same as the HMP 64. The controller allows faster communication with the PC.

The regulator is equipped with 6 output switching relays 8A/250V~. It has 4 active inputs, while inputs 1 to 3 are duplicated to output optocouplers. The power supply of the active inputs is also output,

Mode of regulation and characteristics of regulators

When the control curve is exceeded, the controller waits for the set time "Disconnection delay" and then evaluates the electricity consumption estimate. work at the end of 1/4 hour. If the estimate is greater than the regulation maximum, then the regulation stage is increased and the outputs assigned to the given regulation stage are disconnected. Uploading new SW to the controller is done via PC software. After uploading the new SW to the controller, it is necessary to start the update manually from the SW and HW version display menu.
Start by pressing all 4 arrows at the same time. Then the controller will ask you if you want to continue and will check the recorded program. When the program is in order, the controller is reset and the SW update starts, which is indicated by the flashing diodes of the inputs. After completion, it will be reset again and the new control software will start.
