Privacy Policy

Personal data of customers is stored in accordance with the applicable laws of the Czech Republic, in particular the Act on the Protection of Personal Data No. 101/2000 Coll. as amended. Personal data of customers is fully secured against misuse. By concluding a purchase contract, the buyer gives the seller consent to the processing and collection of his personal data in our database, until he expresses his disagreement with this processing in writing. The buyer has the right to access his personal data, the right to correct them and remove them from our database and other legal rights to this data.

The personal data that the buyer provides when ordering is used exclusively for our needs and will not be provided to other entities. The exception is external carriers, to whom the personal data of customers is transferred to the minimum extent necessary for the smooth delivery of the goods.
