ASVG Advanced Static Var Generator

Sinexcel Ultra ASVG (Advanced Static Var Generator) represents a new generation of power quality management devices. Unlike standard compensators (SVG), this “Advanced” model offers a 3-in-1 function: in addition to ultra-fast reactive power compensation and phase balancing, it actively filters low-order harmonic distortion (3rd to 13th harmonics).

It is therefore an ideal and cost-effective solution for modern facilities with LED lighting, office buildings, and light industrial applications using frequency converters.

Comprehensive Power Quality Solution

One single device solves three key power quality issues simultaneously:

Reactive Power Compensation:
Smooth power factor control from -1 (capacitive) to +1 (inductive) with instant response to load changes.

Harmonic Filtering (ASVG Benefit):
Targeted elimination of harmonic currents of the 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th, 11th, and 13th orders, which are typical for modern non-linear loads.

Phase Balancing:
Energy redistribution between phases to eliminate imbalance and prevent neutral conductor overload.

Extreme Speed and Accuracy

Thanks to 3-level IGBT topology and FFT algorithm-based control, the response time is less than 50 µs, with full compensation achieved within 15 ms.

High Efficiency

With efficiency ≥ 98.5% and intelligent cooling, operating costs are minimized.
