HMP 164 - VE8 - auxiliary module

HMP 64M - VE8 The auxiliary module serves to expand the inputs of the HMP 64M controller. This module has 8 inputs. Up to 15 input expanders can be connected to the controller, allowing for an expansion of inputs by up to 120. This expansion is possible starting from software version 2.20 of the HMP 64M controller. The module is supplied in its basic version without a real-time clock (RTC) circuit; modules equipped with an RTC are capable of operating independently outside the HMP 64 system and are suitable for monitoring consumption. When operating without the HMP 64 controller, the input module synchronizes using input number 8 or can time out every 15 minutes according to the RTC. The module has memory for 3500 quarter-hour records, which corresponds to approximately 36 days.

The HMP 64M - VE8 is used to expand the inputs of the HMP 64M controller. This module has 8 inputs. Up to 15 input expanders can be connected to the controller, allowing for a total expansion of inputs by up to 120. This expansion is only possible from software version 2.20 of the HMP 64M controller. When operating without the HMP 64 controller, the input expander synchronizes using input number 8 or can time out every 15 minutes according to the RTC. The module is powered by 230V AC and is protected by a 100mA fuse. All active inputs are galvanically isolated from the rest of the device. The expander also provides an unregulated voltage of 12V/50mA. The module communicates with the HMP 64 system via the 485 line, and communication is also possible over the radio network.

The expander has memory for 3500 quarter-hour records, which corresponds to approximately 36 days.
