WAVEBOX-H (AHF) represents the technological pinnacle in the field of Power Quality. Modern industrial equipment—such as frequency converters, LED lighting, UPS systems, or welding machines—generates undesirable harmonic distortion into the grid. This leads to cable overheating, machinery damage, and unexpected production downtime.

Our AHF filter acts as a "purifier" of the power grid. It continuously monitors the current in the grid and generates a precise counter-current in real time, which completely cancels out the harmonic components. The result is a perfectly clean sine wave, stable operation of your technologies, and lower electricity bills.

Key Advantages and Features

  • Active harmonic filtering up to the 51st order: The filter handles a wide spectrum of harmonic frequencies (from the 2nd to the 51st order) with an exceptional efficiency exceeding 97%.

  • Lightning-fast response in microseconds: Thanks to the advanced 3-level topology with IGBT elements, it responds to grid changes within 50 µs and reaches full output power in less than 10 ms.

  • Reactive power compensation (both inductive and capacitive): It continuously adjusts the power factor ($\cos \phi$) in the range of -1 to +1. Unlike conventional capacitor banks, there is no risk of overcompensation or grid resonance.

  • 100% phase load balancing (asymmetry): It can transfer active power between individual phases, eliminating current imbalances in 3-phase systems.

  • Modular and scalable system: Need to increase capacity in the future? No problem. An unlimited number of units can be connected in parallel.
