This module is designed for processing analog outputs - current loops or voltage. The analog value is converted into pulses, which can then be further processed by the HMP 64 system. The module has 2 analog inputs with a common negative (-) pole. The outputs consist of a transistor output of an optocoupler.

This device is intended to convert a current loop of 0-20mA or 4-20mA into pulses with a 1:1 ratio. The device is dual-channel, and both inputs share a common negative pole. The input resistance of one channel is approximately 127 ohms. The inputs are protected against reverse polarity and accidental voltage spikes.

The galvanically isolated outputs are formed by NPN transistors with open collectors and common emitters. The load capacity of the outputs is 50mA/30V.

Setting the input and output values is done using two DIP switches on the top panel of the device, accessible by removing the upper cover. The first segment of the switch sets the input range, while the second sets the output frequency.
