Sinexcel Ultra AHF 35 A is a next-generation active harmonic filter that utilizes revolutionary silicon carbide (SiC MOSFET) technology to achieve an ultra-high efficiency exceeding 99%. Ideal for smaller industrial facilities, commercial buildings, or specific switchboards, it reliably eliminates harmonic distortion, compensates reactive power, and balances phase load imbalances. It features an extremely fast reaction time under 50 μs and a full response within 5 ms, filtering the 2nd to 50th harmonic orders with a compensation efficiency higher than 97%.

Highlights

  • Resonance and THDu Suppression: The system utilizes advanced Intelligent Fourier Technology for resonance suppression (algorithm version 2.0). Furthermore, the innovative hardware can compensate for voltage distortion (THDu) even without connected current transformers (CTs).

  • Ultra-compact Design: The high thermal resistance and conductivity of SiC components significantly reduce cooling requirements. The result is a device with massive capacity in a miniature footprint, ideal for space-constrained projects.

  • Resilience in Harsh Environments: Special protective potting (Potting Protection) inside the filter ensures high resistance to corrosion and conductive dust, significantly extending equipment lifespan even in harsh operating conditions.
